Application Information and Fee:

The application must be filled out entirely for each applicant. Anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the home will need to be on the application. The following will need to be submitted with the application:

  • Copy of government issued ID or driver’s license.
  • Proof of income going at least 3 months back (preferably 6 months): Pay stubs, bank statements, etc.
  • Photographs of any pets or service animals.

There is a $60.00 non-refundable application fee that is due at the time of submission. Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order. (No electronic payments accepted at this time.)

Application Approval Process:

We perform a background check consisting of but not limited to criminal, civil, eviction history, past rental history and sexual offender on all applicants over the age of 18.

We do not typically perform a credit check. However, we do verify employment ensuring household income is 3 times the amount of rent per month.

Processing an application can take up to a week or more. We strive to make a determination in 2 to 4 days after receiving all necessary information; although not guaranteed.
